ThrivePath: Helping students in tech feel like they belong

For many marginalized students, breaking into tech can feel overwhelming and isolating. Many don’t know where to start or how to overcome imposter syndrome. So we worked with No Brainer, a Black woman-owned educational startup committed to empowering students and professionals through innovative career development solutions, to create ThrivePath. ThrivePath is an online platform that offers personalized guidance by breaking down the steps to reach your goals, along with an AI-powered feedback mentor that helps students cut through the confusion and create focus. With smart, supportive guidance, students receive clear, actionable feedback, build real momentum, and make steady progress. The result is a clearer path, growing confidence, and a strong sense of belonging in tech. No one should have to figure it out alone.
